Reminder about Dudley's public contact office address

Dear resident,

We’ve been made aware of some confusion around which police buildings the public can attend face-to-face.

We would like to use this message as a reminder that the only Public Contact Office for Dudley is located at the new Dudley HQ Police Station at Castlegate House, Castlegate Way, Dudley, DY1 4RR. Open: Monday – Sunday 10am-6pm.

The front office and all of its staff moved to Castlegate from Brierley Hill last year.

Later in the year a team of neighbourhood officers will be based from Cable Plaza but this will NOT be a station for the public to visit. It will be a base office for us to closely police the local area, and will not be used for visits or appointments. Please do not journey to Cable Plaza as there is no public access to the police there. 

Anyone who requires our help face-to-face must visit Castlegate house which holds Dudley’s front office and is well-equipped with the tools and trained Force Contact staff to deal with your enquiries.
